CEO - Olusoji Kolawole Ilumoka is a U.K based Chief Executive Officer and a Fellow of the institute of highways Engineering UK with a honours degree in architecture, CPD in Transport and highway engineering in the construction industry. With variety of  skills and experiences in design and business development  over the last 20 years he has been able to deliver more than 20 international projects. Areas of specialization includes design, project management,stakeholder engagement, SUDs, civil nfrastructure development, procurement and project management. Projects include, residential, industrial , commercial and energy projects.  He has also worked with major corporations such as Costain West Africa,St George West London,Project Centre, Babtie Group, JKay Tee Associates Kano and various  Local Authorities in UK as a consultant to date. He also holds a B.sc in Oil and Gas Management from  Plymouth University.

Managing Partner - Jan Holec is a european technical partner based in Slovakia .A competent Mechanical Engineering  technical Director, who specialises in the developent of energy infracstructure and facilities.He has delivered various energy projects in Italy, Austria, Germay and Slovakia over the last 15 years as a technical engineering director.As  an experienced engineer he undertakes assessment of technical projects and leades pre-feasibilty studies, FEED, EPC,analysis of scope of works.and delivery of major engineering projects.

Managing Partner - Engineer Femi Omogbai is an African based based Civil Engineer managing partner with over 10 years project management experience in delivery of water and drainage engineering projects,roads construction and rehabilitation of mini waste recycling centres.He has supervised and delivered design and build water engineering and civil projects in Lagos State over the last 8 years.He is a  COREN (Council of Registered Engineers in Nigeria).He is presently the MD of Stagline Contraction Ltd.He obtained  B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Southbank University.

Managing Partner - George Ola Fadiora is a UK based technical partner and CEO of MGGA Group PLC with more than 20 years experience in Marine engineering in the oil and gas industry.A highly technical and seasoned and versatile professional in project planning design and delivery of complex marine and water resource development projects. An excellent  team leader who is responsible for managing and training a large number of personnel, providing business development solutions, works programmes, scheduling and evaluation of resources.. He is also very experienced in  diagonstics of faults in equipment and plant machinery.

Company Secretary & Finance Director - Florence Ilumoka is a UK based chartered management accountant and member of CIMA(Chartered Institute of Management Accounting UK) with over 15 years experience in Management Accounting.She worked with major corporations such as Freshwater Group of Companies and Seattle Ltd within the management team which includes budget and asset management.She has  an MBA in Finance from the London School of Business and Finance in association with University of East London.She is happily married with Children.

Managing Partner- Tunji Oyenuga is a UK based qualified Architect and MD of Teem Consulting with over 20 years experience in Design and build projects management experience in delivery of outline and detailed design for private and public clients with renovations and redevelopment of property assets.He obtained  his B.Es, B.Arch from the University of Lagos.
